Laban or Yogurt is a highly pasteurized fermented milk, which indicates that it has undergone a fermentation process that causes a decrease in lactose, making it more digestible, while the pasteurization itself gives the dairy product greater sterility, qualities necessary to improve especially our gastrointestinal tract.
Expiration and storage conditions: Expiration date 1 year. Store refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days, keeping it refrigerated (between + 0ºC and + 6ºC).
