Lebanese Bread is a two-layer Flatbread type round bread made from wheat flour, water and other ingredients that undergo a kneading, rolling, resting, ironing, cooking, cooling and subsequent packaging process. They are presented fresh, packed in a protective atmosphere "under vacuum" or frozen at -18 ºC.
Fresh product: Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place between 5 and 20 ºC and preserved from sunlight. Once the container is opened, close and store at a temperature between 0 and 5ºC. Fresh Lebanese bread, closed in its original packaging, has a shelf life of 7 days from its date of manufacture.
