Lebanese Bread is a two-layer flatbread type round bread made from wheat flour, water and other ingredients that are sometimes found in a kneading, rolling, resting, ironing, cooking, cooling and subsequent packaging process.
You can buy it in fresh format or packed in a protective atmosphere "in a vacuum"
Fresh product: Conservator of room temperature in a cool and dry place between 5 and 20 ºC and preserved from sunlight. Once the container is opened, close and keep a temperature between 0 and 5ºC. Fresh Lebanese bread, closed in its original packaging, has a shelf life of 7 days from its date of manufacture. Once opened the container has a shelf life of 3 days as long as the bags are kept closed and a temperature between 0 and 5ºC.
