Lebanese bread vacuum is a two-layer flatbread type round bread made from wheat flour, water and other ingredients that undergo a kneading, rolling, resting, ironing, cooking, cooling and subsequent packaging process.
They are presented in the format: fresh and packed in a protective atmosphere "under vacuum."
Expiration and storage conditions: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place between 5 and 20 ºC and preserved from sunlight. Once the Lebanese bread container has been opened, close and store at a temperature between 0 and 5ºC. Lebanese bread vacuum sealed in its original packaging, has a shelf life of 6 months from its date of manufacture. Once the container is opened, it has a 5-day shelf life as long as the bags are kept closed and at a temperature between 0 and 5ºC.
