Ksara Reserve de Couvent red wine is made 100% from the stem, the wine is aged for 12 to 18 days after alcoholic fermentation at 24 to 28 ° C. The wines and presses removed are separated, after which it is brought malolactic fermentation out. Once the standards and the addition of sulphites are finished, the noble grape varieties ripen in oak barrels, while the other varieties ripen in vats.
After 12 months of maturation, the wines are mixed and bottled.
Grapes: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
Flavor: With the aroma of wood and vanilla, and soft, pure and round tannins give it length and persistence on the palate.
