Burghul white fine is a precooked fine white wheat, dried and lightly ground. It is the most common Burghul variety in the world. The yellowish color is due to its raw material and the natural color of durum wheat.
How to use: Boil the same volume of water or vegetable broth as burghul. When it boils, add the bulgur, remove from the heat and cover. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Add a little oil and stir, season to taste. You can use it in dishes such as taboulé, salads, in soups and with meat and vegetables.
