The Burghul coarse white Setalkel is a pre-cooked, dehydrated and slightly milled thick white Wheat.
The yellowish color is due to its raw material and the natural color of durum wheat.
How to use:
Boil the same volume of water or vegetable broth as Burghul. When it boils, add the Burghul, remove from the heat and cover.
Let it rest for 15 minutes. Add a splash of oil and stir. Season to taste. It can be used in the same way as rice.
